When will I receive my payout?
Understanding payout timing and schedules.
Payout timing is controlled by Stripe, not TicketSmart. By default, Stripe holds funds for 2 business days after a successful charge before initiating a bank transfer.
- Standard payout schedule: 2 business days after charge
- New Stripe accounts may have a longer initial hold period (7–14 days)
- Bank transfers typically take 1–2 additional business days to appear
