How payouts work
Understand how ticket revenue reaches your bank account.
TicketSmart uses Stripe Connect. When a buyer pays, the funds flow through Stripe and are deposited into your connected bank account according to your Stripe payout schedule.
- Revenue from ticket sales goes directly to your Stripe balance
- TicketSmart deducts a small platform fee per ticket before the funds settle
- Stripe also deducts its own payment processing fee (varies by country, card region, and payment method)
- Your Stripe payout schedule determines when funds arrive in your bank
