Connect your Stripe account

Link your Stripe account so you can accept payments and receive payouts.

TicketSmart uses Stripe Connect to process payments. You'll need to connect a Stripe account before you can sell paid tickets. Funds from ticket sales go directly to your connected Stripe account.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payments.
  2. 2Click Connect with Stripe.
  3. 3You'll be redirected to Stripe to create or link an existing account.
  4. 4Complete Stripe's onboarding — you'll need to provide identity and banking details.
  5. 5Once approved, return to TicketSmart. Your account status should show as Active.
