How to request a refund

TicketSmart's refund policy and how to request one.

Refund policies are set by the event organizer, not by TicketSmart. Each event's refund policy is displayed on the event page before you purchase.

  1. 1Check the refund policy on the event page.
  2. 2If a refund is available, sign in and go to My Orders.
  3. 3Find the order and click Request Refund.
  4. 4If the organizer has disabled self-service refunds, contact them directly via the event page.
