How TicketSmart uses Stripe Connect to process payments.

TicketSmart uses Stripe Connect Standard accounts. This means buyers pay directly into your Stripe account — TicketSmart never holds your funds. The platform fee is deducted automatically before funds reach your balance.

  • You need a Stripe account to sell paid tickets
  • Stripe handles all card processing and fraud protection
  • Funds appear in your Stripe balance within 2 business days of each sale
  • You can manage payouts, disputes, and refunds directly in your Stripe Dashboard
