Didn't get your ticket email? Here's how to resend it.
- 1Sign in at ticketsmart.ai.
- 2Go to My Tickets.
- 3Find the order and click the Resend Email button.
- Check your spam folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there
- Add tickets@ticketsmart.ai to your contacts to prevent this in future
