How to find your tickets

Where to find your tickets after purchase.

After completing a purchase, your tickets are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Each ticket includes a unique QR code.

My Tickets page

If you have a TicketSmart account, you can also find all your tickets at My Tickets (link in the top navigation after signing in). Tickets are grouped by event.

Didn't receive your confirmation email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Search for emails from tickets@ticketsmart.ai
  • Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout
  • If you still can't find it, contact support with your order number
