What to do if your ticket QR code isn't scanning at check-in.

  • Increase your screen brightness — the scanner needs a clear, bright code
  • Make sure the QR code is fully visible and not cut off
  • Try opening the ticket in your email instead of a Wallet pass, or vice versa
  • Ask the door staff to search your name or email manually in their check-in app
