QR code not scanning at the door
What to do if your ticket QR code isn't scanning at check-in.
- Increase your screen brightness — the scanner needs a clear, bright code
- Make sure the QR code is fully visible and not cut off
- Try opening the ticket in your email instead of a Wallet pass, or vice versa
- Ask the door staff to search your name or email manually in their check-in app
