Set up a seating chart

Add a visual seating map to your event so buyers can pick their own seats.

Seating charts let buyers choose specific seats when purchasing tickets. You build a reusable seating template in your workspace, then attach it to an event.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → your Workspace → Seating Charts.
  2. 2Click New Seating Chart and use the editor to draw your venue layout.
  3. 3Add sections, rows, and seats. Assign seats to price categories.
  4. 4Save the template.
  5. 5Open your event and go to Seating. Click Attach Seating Chart and select your template.
