Event capacity and ticket types

Each event can have multiple ticket types — for example, Early Bird, General Admission, and VIP. Each type has its own price, quantity, and optional sale window.

Adding a ticket type

1. 1Open your event in the Dashboard and go to the Tickets tab.
2. 2Click Add Ticket Type.
3. 3Set the name, price (or free), and total quantity.
4. 4Optionally set sale start and end dates, min/max per order, and a description.
5. 5Save your changes.

Sold-out behaviour

When all tickets for a type are sold, it shows as Sold Out on the event page. The event itself will show as Sold Out when all ticket types are sold out.
