Understanding workspaces

Learn how workspaces organize your events, team, and billing.

A workspace (also called a Box Office) is a container for your events, team members, and billing. If you run events under multiple brands or organizations, you can create a separate workspace for each.

  • Each workspace has its own Stripe Connect account for payouts
  • Team members are scoped to a workspace — a member in one workspace cannot access another
  • Events, orders, and analytics are all organized per workspace
  • Billing credits are held at the workspace level
